Specialist Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Teams products.

Understanding of the NDIS processes and limitations.

Ability to oversee and assist participants to budget NDIS funding.

Attention to detail regarding data entry into digital business systems

Ability to use the available digital business tools to an excellent level.

Qualifications and Experience
-
NDIS workers screening check.
-
Current working with children’s check and police check.
-
Driver's License and Full comprehensive Vehicle Insurance which is valid to drive within Australia.

Minimum 1 Year of Experience in this role or similar.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service.
-
Demonstrated experience and understanding of the NDIS.

Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Demonstrated business networking skills across a wide range of groups, and within the community and support organisations.

Experience that reflects an empathy for people as individuals.
-
Experience in managing numerous key stakeholders and being able to demonstrate value add.
