• Specialist Skills and Knowledge 

  •  Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Teams products.

  • Understanding of the NDIS processes and limitations.

  • Ability to oversee and assist participants to budget NDIS funding. 

  • Attention to detail regarding data entry into digital business systems

  • Ability to use the available digital business tools to an excellent level.

• Qualifications and Experience 

  • NDIS workers screening check. 

  • Current working with children’s check and police check.

  • Driver's License and Full comprehensive Vehicle Insurance which is valid to drive within Australia.

  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in this role or similar.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service.

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the NDIS.

  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated business networking skills across a wide range of groups, and within the community and support organisations.

  • Experience that reflects an empathy for people as individuals.

  • Experience in managing numerous key stakeholders and being able to demonstrate value add.​
